In-Setting CPD Session (Half Day)

Sometimes the best training happens where your team actually works. This half-day session brings focused, practical CPD directly to your setting — no travel, no cover arrangements for an external venue, just your staff team learning together in the environment they know.

Drawing on 20 years of sector experience, I'll deliver a hands-on training session tailored to your setting's needs — whether that's a refresher on a key EYFS area, a deep dive into Safer Sleep practice, safeguarding updates, or preparing your team's confidence ahead of an Ofsted visit.

What's included:

• Up to 3 hours of on-site delivery
• A topic agreed with you in advance based on your setting's priorities
• Practical, discussion-based training suited to mixed experience levels
• A short summary of key takeaways for your staff file

Travel: Included for round trips up to 150 miles. For settings further afield, an overnight stay (typically Premier Inn or similar) may be required — get in touch before booking and I'll confirm availability and any additional cost.
