Professional Disclaimer
Any information, resources, training or consultancy services provided by RENONA Early Years are intended to support professional practice within the early years sector.
They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory advice or professional representation.
Users remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, statutory guidance and regulatory requirements.
All guidance, resources and services are provided in good faith and based on current EYFS statutory guidance at the time of writing. Here's an "Onsite Visits" section for your legal/terms page — covering the practical and liability points that matter when someone's actually coming into a setting:
Onsite Visits
Some services (including In-Setting CPD Sessions, INSET Days, and EYFS Audits) are delivered in person at your setting. By booking an onsite visit, the following terms apply:
- Access & preparation: You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to your setting on the agreed date and time, and for informing us of any relevant site-specific health and safety requirements, safeguarding procedures, or visitor protocols in advance.
- Safeguarding & DBS: A current, enhanced DBS check is held and can be provided on request prior to any visit.
- Insurance: Public liability insurance is held. Renona Early Years is not responsible for pre-existing site hazards, equipment, or conditions outside our control.
- Cancellations: Visits cancelled or rescheduled with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Those cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at Renona's discretion.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at renonaearlyyears@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
- Confidentiality: Any information about children, families, or staff observed or discussed during a visit is treated as confidential and is not shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to end a visit early if health, safety, or safeguarding concerns arise, without obligation to refund fees already incurred for time delivered.
- No liability for outcomes: Attendance at an onsite visit, audit, or training session does not guarantee any specific inspection outcome or Ofsted judgement. Responsibility for ongoing compliance remains with the setting.
